Police and the family of Patrick Tiernan are
searching for the driver of a white ute after a fatal hit and run in Perth’s
East last Year on the 6th of July
Patrick Tiernan,
47, died after being hit by a car on Beechboro Road North in Cullacabardee on
July 6.
Mr Tiernan's ute
had been bogged and police believe he could have been trying to flag down
motorists for help when he was hit.
Police say a white
ute was captured on CCTV travelling north on Beechboro Road North minutes
before Patrick Tiernan was struck.
The ute, which is
believed to be a Nissan Patrol custom dual cab with a tray back, was also seen
parked beyond the scene of the crash around the time of the incident.
Police want to
speak to those who were in the vehicle as part of their investigation.
