Brad Lacey and Rugby Union Games in Perth Highlights

Brad is a member of the Wests Scarborough Rugby Club (http://ift.tt/1ToDA7D)) and has played for the club both as a junior rugby union player and as a Colt. Over the years he has represented both rugby wa and wa rugby , one being the governing body of wa rugby when there was no franchise team in Perth and the other is the new name for the franchise system that is in place .
